The company is registered in the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés of the Gttrand Duchy of Luxembourg under the number B265871. Established in 2022, it is based on a well-written and recognized law of August 10, 1915, on commercial companies. All our activities are governed by The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier. We operate under the AIF/AIFM license number: A00003282

Currently, our company runs its flagship Mothership Fund, but also conducts non-profit research and education initiatives, and is preparing to start the fully algorithmic Ulysses Fund.

The whole structure is operated by three different-level managers: Tomasz Trela, based in the United Arab Emirates; Paweł Kondrat, based in Poland; and David Luksenburg, based in Luxembourg.

We work with many diverse contractors from all around the world, but our main office and the compliance/AML team are located at 2 Place de Strasbourg, L-2562 Luxembourg.
